Vambrace AI will partner with Green Horizons on a one-month engagement (Phase 1) focused on the front-end customer experience. The project will refresh the website, modernize the online ordering process, introduce automated preliminary estimates, and strengthen the company's performance in generative search.

Engagement Dates: October 1 – October 31, 2025
Fee: $1,000 (due at signing; fully refundable if deliverables are not met)

Phase 1 Goals

We aim to modernize Green Horizons' customer-facing digital assets so that both new and returning customers experience a streamlined, professional, and easy-to-use website. This project will enhance design, simplify ordering, improve quoting speed, and increase visibility in search—ultimately turning more visitors into satisfied, repeat customers.

Refresh Website Look and Feel
Redesign homepage and navigation to highlight services, strengthen brand, and improve ease of use.
Redesign the Customer Ordering Experience
Replace outdated "menu" with clear categories, descriptions, and adjustable quantities.
Introduce Automated High-Level Estimates
Build a workflow where customers receive instant preliminary quotes, with estimator verification before finalization.
Improve Performance in AI Search
Adjust site content structure and metadata to increase Green Horizons' chances of being recommended by AI-driven search engines and chatbots.

Customer-facing form that generates instant, high-level estimates. Internal alerts for estimator review/approval.
AI-Optimized Content Strategy
Structured content and metadata designed for generative search engines and AI-driven discovery to improve visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and similar platforms.
What We'll Need From Green Horizons
Website access (hosting/CMS credentials)
Full services list with current descriptions and pricing (or confirm website services list is sufficient)
Pricing rules/logic for automated quotes (base rates, adjustments, density factors, etc.)
Branding assets (logo, fonts, colors, style preferences)
A point person for feedback (Amelia for optional design review)
Process
Schedule kickoff call to align on final deliverables and set expectations
Weekly (or more frequent) meetings to discuss direction and review progress
Closely collaborate to ensure expectations are met and impact is delivered
Payment

Fee: $1,000

Due: At signing (September 30, 2025)

Terms: Fully refundable if deliverables are not met by October 31, 2025.
